Hi mister U,

Today i wanted to write you a word. Actually, i needed to.
As discussion isn't easy with you, i tried to find a way to express my feelings.
I wonder how you always manage to please me, then deceive me the next day.
Between you and i it's always a matter of balance between disappointment and satisfaction. One never comes alone. Usually, satisfaction comes first. Then...
I feel like i'll never be sure of what you think. It makes me feel really uncomfortable.
That's not the way i thought we could deal with each other.
Anyway, let's accept people the way they are. But, maybe one day i'll be sick of that way.

P.S: Mister U might be a man...or a woman. For sure, he/she exists.

Year 2007: first seconds.

[I realise many did this kind of review before. Let's join the group!]

I'll keep many things in mind that happened to me in 2007.
Some good, some bad, one really sad, people who entered my life, lessons i learnt, mistakes i did i wish i can fix, changes i've made...

Among all what happened, i want to remember these "first seconds", all these "first seconds" that marked the beginning of stories that may become real friendships. Time will tell.
I also want to remember this first second when i realised how bad a friend could be with me. I learnt my lesson well.

Thanks to those who made me happy last year. In a way, i think i should thank you, you who disappointed me so much.

I remember the first second in 2007...i can't remember the first one in 2008.

Cook training: olive fried rice + kailan.

Not bad. But the Kailan were a bit overcooked, rice was too oily...i must improve.

Foie gras.

I found this ad online.
Every year, for christmas, we hear about how bad it is too feed geese in order to make foie gras.
My grand-mother used to make foie gras and she never said geese were hurt in any way.
On the contrary, geese always came to her each time she went to feed them.
Instead of trying to "rescue" geese you should try to care about the way food you eat is produced (i.e hormones, pesticides, GMO...).
