When hookers set you on fire...call the firemen!

HOOKERS - Last friday (last week), on the way back home - late at night -, i was stopped by two prostitutes.
Young and cute, i must confess.
They asked me to join and warm them up. I kindly thanked for the offer and wanted to head back home when they started to chit-chat with me. We talk for about 15 minutes. A nice experience.

FIREMEN - The following saturday, at 10pm, the neighbour living upstairs rang at my door and rushed into the flat as i opened the door.
He told me he noticed something weird in the building in front of ours and wanted my opinion on that.
While looking at "the thing" i said: "hey u're right! Looks like there's a fire over there!"
We called the firemen but none of our phones worked well.
We ran to our friend living on the top floor so we could call from there.
Firemen came with two huge trucks and ladders. Two police cars joined them.
The fire was a huge candle on the balcony on which a young lady blew when the firemen entered her appartment.
We felt so stupid. None of us were drunk, though.
That was a nice unexpected "party".

Happy birthday mum!

I think no sons can be closer to their mother than we are to you. Obviously, you're the most fantastic mum in the world. haha!
We've had great times together. We also have had bad moments. You, Mathieu and I went through big shits and terrible things.
You've always tried to make us happy.
There are many things i would tell about you.
You're just the one i love the most.
Happy 60th birthday, mum.

Waterboarding.

Waterboarding is a centuries-old practice. The goal of waterboarding, which has been used in interrogations at least since the time of the Spanish Inquisition, is to create the sensation of drowning without causing death. The subject is strapped to an inclined board, immobilized with his head positioned lower than his feet. In some cases, a piece of cloth or cellophane is placed over the subjects face and water is repeatedly poured over it, triggering a gag reflex and choking the subject. In other cases, the subject's head is submerged under water or his mouth is forced open and water is poured down his throat.
The CIA repeatedly used waterboarding technique in the name of "war against terrorism".

The Democrats have proposed a legislation that would outlaw waterboarding under all circumstances.

On saturday the 8th, George Bush vetoed the bill that would have explicitly prohibited the CIA from using interrogation methods like waterboarding.
Once again he makes the proof of his stupidity and stubbornness to go further in the wrong direction.

Trust.

love
friendship

the only way to make it work is to set rules and to trust.
trust in any way, especially when it comes to problems.
trust your friends/lovers to tell them what's wrong with them.
be trusted by your friends/lovers so they can tell you what's wrong with you.
trust to explain and talk abt it.
trust for your relationship to reach another level.

i had a friend. i thought i could trust him.
now i know i was wrong.
at least, i know for sure that he's no more friend of mine.

Techno music.

I'm no big fan of techno music. It's no music you can listen to. No music you can dance on, either.
I remember that i used techno music in order to illustrate a (porn) movie i edited, when i was at university.
Apart from that, techno music has always been associated to a bad memory.
I had neighbours (students) listening to techno music as loud as possible. Several times a week. Day and night.
We tried to bring them back to their senses, asked them to lower the sound. They kept saying music helped them to relax.
We called the police...who did nothing.
After months we found THE solution.
Those students lived in the flat below ours. We decided to turn our music on around 3-4 am while they were certainly asleep.
The trick is that we lengthened the speakers in a way that the sound was directly steered towards the ground. Only our victims could hear it.
We had to do this three times...only. Never after they bothered us, in a way or another.

Political meeting.

This sunday will the local elections take place. Yesterday night, mum and i were invited to a political meeting. That was an opportunity to share ideas and political views.
I was pretty undecided at first, then became excited about it. My brother even called me to say i had to go in order to ask embarrassing questions and pressure the speakers.
I have numerous differences with the mayor and his team.
Sadly, we were given a wrong address and couldn't find the place.
It sucks because i really was interested in attending this meeting.
I won't forget to vote on sunday, anyway. I'm certain of the address.
